What city has done is impressive however its a lot easier when you buy your way to the top instead of working you way up like ever other team has too. Not including them breaking ffp when your club is one of the main reasons that has come into play so much. As for pep he's a great manager but I'll like him try and do what he's done at a club thats not already considered a great team, he's never had to work at getting a club to the top.
